Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is an advanced  technique that stimulates the lymphatic system to remove congestion and stagnation from within the body, and so help it return to a healthy condition.*  This technique uses very light pressure to manipulate the skin, decreasing the swelling in the interstitial space, and helping to increase the creation of lymph so it may be transported out of the affected area.
